The Radz mast extension is ideal for 95% of windsurfers. Excellent value for everyone from the beginner rider through to expert.
The Radz Mast Extension range will work on everything from a beginner sail, to an 8 batten race sail. These are superb value for money, easily making them the most popular windsurfing extension in our range.
Constructed from aircraft grade aluminium, these are strong extensions that last years and years if looked after.
Available in Reduced Diameter (RDM) and Standard Diameter (SDM) specifications. Choice in lengths offered are 15cm, 30cm and 45cm.
Please note that these are the Euro Pin mast extensions. This is a machined pin on the top of your deckplate assembly, which is inserted into the base of these extensions.
As with all windsurfing mast extensions, we recommend not using any extension at maximum adjustment length. In that case, using a longer extension, set at mid length, keeps it strong when in use.

Add rope...it comes naked!
Please note, no downhaul rope is included with the extensions. We recommend adding a length of Marlow Formuline rope to your BIgsurf order.
We recommend 2m lengths for downhauls. This is long enough to thread through the eyelets or pulleys on your sail, and short enough to easily stow away the rope.
