Goya Freewave 85 - Wave/FSW Windsurf Board
This is a USED Goya Freewave 85 windsurfing board. It was designed as a fast wave board, but also excelled as a great freestyle wave board…so great for blasting around at full throttle with wave sails, boosting some jumps, easy gybing, and some fun wave riding.
This is a 2000’s design board, and one of the best from that time for being fast, controllable and very responsive underfoot.
Suitable for good intermediate to expert level riders. A 75kg rider for example can use 3.0 - 5.5m sails on this quite easily.
Condition is very good for its age. It has some paint chips throughout, but these are superficial…it’s still a very very good condition board. The paint rubbing around the nose is just the paint rubbed off down to the resin..a can of matt white paint will bring it up again easily. No softness to report, boxes are good, as are the straps and pads. Fin also is in good condition. It’s ready for more action on (or above) the water!
A bargain for a rider looking for a cheap, high performance, easy to use, fast and early planing 85L wave board, that can also double up as a FSW.
